Being role model users of MYCDT, thereby causing myself and also my team to accomplish what they never believed to be possible.
Effectively managing office stock to Bangalore HFO as needed so we are always equipped and ready to provide the highest level of service possible for our customer-s needs.
Finding improvements in our processes and methods, and listening to others feedback/ideas while remaining open minded about learning new and/or updated procedures which will help improve the functionality of the Bangalore office and the Company.
Being the face of PHILLIPS MACHINE TOOLS INDIA PVT LTD and one source of contact for all the information to any caller or anyone visiting the office. Always being on the lookout for better ways in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
Ensuring we abide by all the statutory compliances and day to day operations for the company’s Administrative activities and are managed and completed properly as per the deadlines; the leave records, uniforms distribution, mobile bills data, expense statements, etc. are executed every month on time and we are ready with all the required data at any given point.
Handling Petty cash statements & invoices on regular bases.
