Qualifications

JAVA Developers (with more than 4-5 years of experience)

• Experience with the latest JAVA versions and Java frameworks such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate
• Experience with front end technologies – HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with Javascript frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, EXTJS, Backbone, BOOTSTRAP
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache HTTPD, IIS
• Knowledge of Java application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySql, MSSQL
• Web service development and use – REST and SOAP
• Experience with source code control tools such as Subversion, CVS, Git
• Understanding of continuous integration and test-driven development tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Hudson, JUnit, Selenium
• Efficient use of a Java IDE such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
• SDLC & Agile methodologies expertise
• Participate in deployments that may have to be planned for after-hours or on weekends.
• Produce technical specifications and estimates for the development of new features and enhancement requests
• Emphasis on component-based design, unit testing and delivery with quality standards to internal QA and participation in reviews and design at code/DB level
• Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools
• Adheres to architectural standards, and detailed development standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and attention to details
