The Job holder will have Experience as an onsite coordinator of the project and as a SPOC to the customer for Issue resolution and Escalation Management, Experience in contract management and deep customer engagement.
Skills :
Conduct review of implementation progress, manage the scope and timelines of implementation,Capable to ensure timely delivery, Demonstrate coordination with teams/ and vendors at various levels, Ability to manage communications with organization program governance structure regarding the implementation and maintain all the relevant project documentation.
