US Accounts & Finance

1.Need to know Quick books

• Knowledge and Hands on experience in Quick Books accounting software.

2.Need to know AR & AP in North American region

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliation of Bank, Credit Card and other accounts.
• Maintaining the billing system, generating invoices and account statements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage receivables and payables.
• Producing monthly reports on financial status including Income Statement Variances, Communicating Financial results to management, Budget Preparation and Analysis.
• Maintaining AR & AP Files and records.
• Coordination and completion of Annual Audits.

3.Need to know the Payroll Processing ,Tax term and all for North American region

• Oversee Taxes and abide by federal regulations.
• Support Payroll processing and get updated with the tax terms, share and collect all related documents.
• Timely management of all compliances and meet the deadlines.

4.Should have 5 years of experience working with staffing firms for US Region.

• Ability to work independently.

5.Good communication skills

• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with both external and internal parties.
• Strengthen and grow relationships with Clients, Vendors and Consultants.

6.Should be able to handle HR and Contracts as well.

• Should have good documentation skill, maintenance of records and agreements and related documents, Liaison with Clients, Sales Team, auditors, vendors, Consultants.
• Maintaining records and files, Trackers.
• Improve Systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
