Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation for various social media platforms.

• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand voice.

• Work on multiple projects at once and excel at project management.

• Help curate social media strategies in order to maintain a cohesive brand strategy across social media.

• Conduct high-quality research and interviews.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, people operations and other professionals for various assignments.

• Brainstorm new creative ideas to boost the performance of various social media accounts.

• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.

• Respond to and network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

• Produce reports on the efficacy of current and former social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop social media strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, and multitasking skills.

• Minimum experience of 0 – 2 years.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook.

• Early adopter of top trends on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms.
