Responsibilities

Primary

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule design projects as per the deadlines.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software.
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Secondary

• Manage and maintain the organization’s SM/graphics calendar along with the BD team.
• Optimize graphics for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (SMO) using appropriate pixels, dimensions, and sizes.
• Create company’s portfolios and case study, use graphics to represent data and content.
• Help in improving the existing design & graphics on the company website.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Figma).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
