JD for FOE, Facilities & Administration executive.· Facility Management – Housekeeping, Security, building coordination, landlord coordination, Repairs and maintenance, pantry, reception,· Handling calls· Preparing VMS for visitor.· Utility payment coordination – Property rent payment, electricity, telephone, mobile, IT lease line.· Employee travel management· Covid prevention implementation· Preparing PR / PO, contracts, coordination for delivery.· Invoice receivable and payment process.· Will be the responsible ensuring admin Statutory Compliance across the offices.· Responsible for Effective Administration of Cafeteria Management, Transportation and Travel Management of Employees.· Site Administration, such as courier, printing and stationery, record management, ID cards, Bank related works, etc.· Responsible and part for, Employee Engagement E.g. client visit, Get-together, Annual Functions, Welfare Activities, etc.· Petty cash handling· Preparing monthly MIS reports· New Joiner induction and formalities· Regularly monitoring housekeeping activities· Vendor management, coordination.· Prepare Cleaning schedule, AMC and R&M.· All kind of Admin & Clerical Works & Other Admin Duties as assigned Indoor & outdoor Events support.· Coordination with Safety and security team for ensuring safe and healthy environment.Candidate should have strong communications kills.Should have 2.5 to 3 Years of experiencePlease share your following Details will helps us in process your resume FasterCurrent CTC (Fixed + variable) – Expected CTC – Current Location – Preferred Location -Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 7977051584
