Staying abreast with client strategy, roadmap and spending patterns
Mapping the account – identifying key stakeholders and influencers.
Build buyer personas & identify pain points
Prepare account battle cards – identify Total Account Value, Competitors, SWOT and growth plans.
Aid and execute Account Based Marketing plans
Maintain healthy relationship with key account stakeholders
Generate new revenue from the account as per account strategy
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
