Reporting to Talent Supervisor Qualification Required: Graduate / Postgraduate Experience in sourcing or recruiting either in recruitment agency or in house.
Familiarity with talent selection process (screening, interviews, assessment).
Experience in SuccessFactors/similar tools Knowledge on pay mix, basics of Rewards/ Compensation
Main Purpose of the Job – For positions manages the recruitment process to enable hiring managers to select the best quality candidates at all levels.
Job briefing meeting- Understand the needs of the aligned function/business and stakeholders. Identify and agree functional & technical competencies required Deliver End to End Recruitment process- sourcing, interview scheduling, creation of offer fitment, system hiring Ensure effective screening as per defined criteria’s basis the job brief meeting and interview process. Create offer fitment and take requisite fitment approvals from Hiring Manager/ HRBP Discuss and negotiate the offer /benefits with the candidate for closure Ensure prejoining steps like Preemployment medicals and resignation acceptance before initiating system hiring actions in Success Factors Updation of the Hiring Dashboard to track performance on key metrics on a regular basis. Keeping the HRBP & Hiring Manager updated on the status of the open positions. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: Manage active candidates through the recruitment process and providing feedback and updates, guiding each individual through the candidate journey, managing rejection effectively and using the offer stage to successfully convert candidate to employee. Align with HRBPs for proactive requisition sourcing, working collaboratively and maintaining close visibility of talent pipelines and talent communities. Execute job posting via RCM job advertisement aggregation tools to careers and job websites. Partner with HRBP to support business/function talent management and diversity agenda
