Job Title: .NET Core/Web API Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Core/Web API Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience in .NET Core/Web development and a proven track record in conducting unit tests. As a .NET Core/Web API Developer, you will collaborate with other developers, architects, and UI developers to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions for our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain .NET Core applications and Web APIs that meet project requirements and industry standards.
2. Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
3. Collaborate with other developers, architects, and UI developers to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
4. Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
5. Estimate project tasks accurately and deliver on time, meeting project timelines and commitments.
6. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in .NET Core, Web API development, and related technologies.
8. Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications.
9. Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
10. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and collaboration.
11. Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in .NET Core and Web API development.
3. Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API design.
4. Proven experience in conducting unit tests and using testing frameworks.
5. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
6. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an advantage.
7. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position will overlap until 11:30 PM (Indian Standard Time – IST) to ensure effective communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders in different time zones.
