Netflix Hiring for Coordinator- Production Management at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

Netflix is seeking a coordinator to support the Production Management team in the Original Films team, India. This position would focus on an increasing slate of films from development through delivery, working closely with both our Production House partners and cross-functional teams within Netflix.

The Role

A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, quick-thinking, thorough, flexible, a creative problem solver, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organisation and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive thinker and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Requirements

• 8-10 years hands­-on production experience in film production
• Should have worked as an Executive producer / Line Producer with experience of at least 5-6 long format content pieces (Feature films or OTT Series)
• Good budgeting skills and experience.
• Should have great vendor/crew relationships & be able to leverage them.
• Strong understanding of traditional production schedules and paperwork
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi­task
• Team player who operates in a fast-paced, team-­oriented setting
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the Google apps suite
