Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products/services, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
• Set up performance and paid social media marketing campaigns.
• Develop communication and copies for social media campaigns and banners
• Plan, implement & monitor social media campaigns for product and brand marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the organization’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management, editorial & design, to develop and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with external stake holders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualification and Skills:

• Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
