Position: Team Member, Ideation for the Campaigns Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and help develop large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction that will have the legs and stamina to run across multiple formats and platforms and run over a span of many months.
• Help break the ideas into detailed actionable activities with organic exposure for the brands and with amplification legs where possible, throughout not taking away from the consumer experience
• Support the revenue teams, in selling these initiatives as the go-to ‘creative expert’

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong creative ‘big picture’ ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, across audio-visual formats and platforms
• Ability to identify, curate and judge ideas and effective content / creative work
• Understanding of the working of traditional and new age media formats and platforms will be very helpful
• Understanding of basic brand management principles will be helpful
• Hands-on exposure to and active consumption of digital content and social media platforms will be a huge strength
• 2 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in a TV channel (ideally non-fiction) / advertising / digital agency/content studio / brand solutions team / any other media and entertainment company
