About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a sharp design sense, and the ability to integrate new-age technology into event setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.
• Build and maintain a database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
• Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
• Maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
• Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.
• Stay updated with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in event planning, production, or project management.
• Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
