- Managing database of in-coming and out-going orders.
- Providing clients with timely updates and status.
- Updating stock and details on our e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with internal Operations teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Booking courier dispatches and collections.
- Weekly data entry of analytics and website statistics.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate
- Must have good written & verbal communication.
- Must have strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must be willing to learn new things.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
