We are urgently looking for Sr.Finance & Account Manager for one of the Logistic Industry at Kandla, Gandhidham location.

Education: – B.com/ M.Com/CA

Experience: – 10 to 15 Yrs

Job Description: –

Accounts & Finance:

• Implementation of accounting methods, policies, practices for business requirements at location to be implemented in consultation with HO Finance through in-built control system.
• Overall Incharge of day-to-day accounting & finance including satellite branches.
• Implementation / Compliance of IT, Service Tax & Cooperation with Government Agencies related to Branch accounting including submission of statutory and non-statutory returns in time. Develop System of control mechanism for smooth filling of returns without any delay.
• Ensure timely preparation of bills based on instruction and general guidelines to customers.
• Cash management & Coordination of day-to-day operation for smooth flow of fund in
• consultation with HO and local branch management personnel.
• Take guidance from HO on credit policy and ensue its implementation with proper guidance to concerned management while keeping debtors under control. Provide MIS and debtor list to HO as well as managers for follow up and recoveries within over all guidelines.
• Implementation of budgets for branches as per the guidance of HO and intimate the gapes with respect to budgets and actual on regular basis to all concern.
• Submission of periodic MIS Reports to branch and HO.
• Coordination with internal audit team for audit inspection and carry out necessary actions for implementation of non-conformities under intimation to HO.
• Development of system and procedures identified by audit team for implementation without any lapse with proper guidance to all concerned.
• Develop standard templated for capturing MIS in respect of job costing – Service-wise/Product-wise/ Country-wise/ party-wise to help management decides strategy for business growth.
• Provide MIS to the Branch management team and HO with proper analysis for identification of areas for cost reduction.

Reporting Requirements.

• Periodic Reports- Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly MIS Reports (Key Financial Indicators) or
• as may be required from time to time.
• Report on Daily Bank Balance to the Managing Director/ Director.
• Report on Daily Payments / Receipts to the management and keep the management post on continuous defaulters having large bearing on fund management.
• Report on Debtors outstanding for more than 15 days for the balance outstanding for more than 05 lacs to HO weekly.
• Monthly Service tax report / TDS Report.
• Report on Monthly Administrative Expenses (in detail) for cost control effectively.
• Compliance Report of internal auditors’ queries.
