NÜTY Food and Technology Hiring for Store Keeper – Fresh Food Industry at Hosūr Full Time

We are currently hiring experienced Store Keepers with Minimum of 3 years experience in Food or Restaurant Industry handling Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat & Groceries for our production facility in Hosur, near Bengaluru.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Day-to day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene
• Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the facility to the correct point of contact/storage area
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based MOQ levels or needs
• Follow FIFO & FEFO standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores
• Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly
• Monitor MOQ levels for all food items to ensure proper levels
• Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches
• Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis
• Work closely with Purchase Dept to order and receive items and equipment
• Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process
• Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing
• Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Food or Restaurant Industry handling Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat & Groceries
• Indent & Checking the supplies from time to time
• Hands of experience on Stores & Inventory
• Manual Stock Verification.
• Store Labor Handling
• Must have knowledge of spreadsheets

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
