Achieving the sales volumes, market share & profit targets by executing sales and marketing plan for Automotive Division & CE Business.
To formulate strategies bases on Market & competition intelligence
Develop new markets entry strategy
Network expansion in Existing Markets
Growing the existing markets and finalize the annual business plan in terms of sales & marketing plans.
To ensure Mahindra robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with Distributors and dealers.
To ensure Customer Satisfaction and drive CAPs scores
To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction
Execute product plan by having Product Launches in time by coordination with Product Development Team.
To ensure liaising with Government & PR activities with various ministries in target markets
Strong business & personal relationships with major export houses in India & overseas markets to manage the bulk deal opportunities
To ensure dealer & distributor Manpower capability building
Education Qualification
BE (Mechanical/Automotive) + MBA in Marketing preferable
