Full Job Description
We are looking for a new member in the team with demonstrable knowledge in ServiceNow platform administration for IT Service Management (ITSM) area, with a high level on written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification will be mandatory.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification desired.
The candidate will become part of the team responsible of:
Maintenance of users, groups, companies, service catalog items, reports.
Solving issues regarding implemented ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change and release management, etc.
Access management to handle roles and permissions.
Administration and maintenance of the IT processes
3rd party or corporative software integrations overview and maintenance (orchestration)
The following are required skills:
Strong working knowledge and experience of ITIL v3 / v4.
Good technical documentation writer skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision.
Fundamental knowledge of working in a service support environment.
Will be a plus:
Knowledge or experience in any of Discovery, Service Mapping, Monitoring, Event Management.
New Relic platform administration experience.
Other ServiceNow modules like CSM, ITBM, IRM, CSDM, SecOps
