About the job
Administrative Executive to manage the office, supervise facility and security staff and handle duties of real estate, admin. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

Administrative Executive to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasksDuties of the Admin Executive include providing support to stakeholders, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activitiesManaging Facilities for both Pune Hub officesProcessing of Invoices, PO in timely mannerAssisting in resolving any administrative problems.Transport Management experience added advantageVendor ManagementFlexible to work in Night Shift

Bachelors degree2-3 minimum experience in Admin. / FacilitiesProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiencyDetail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentExceptional communication skillsSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely mannerDemonstrate strong admin skills, team player, strong communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn
