Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced environment, giving full administrative and secretarial support to the MD. Taking care of all works related to MDs office.Responsible for MDs Calendar ManagementPrimary Day work is to provide a day schedule and make sure complete with in the timelinesReporting to the MD in all aspects of secretarial and day to day administrative functions.Acting as a one-point contact between all departments and projects heads to MDs office.Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity.Involved in various projects and assignments. Travelling across India for different works and assignments relating to MD’s office.Organizing external / internal meetings.Carrying out routine administrative duties. Making appointments and arranging travel and accommodation.Liaison with admin, IT, and other departments for smooth operations.Event management (Town Halls, High Tea, Global Offsite/ Onsite, Dinner meetings etc.)Arranging minutes of meetings, conferences, Board meetings.Complete travel management both official / Personal flight, Hotel, Resorts, cabs bookings
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years related experience
● Previous experience in EA is must.
● Experience with calendar, travel, and expense management
● High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
● Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
● Superior presentation, written and oral communication skills
● Ability to facilitate teams and provide coaching and mentoring
● Ability to prioritize workload – self starter
● Ability to interact well within a team and foster strong working relationships built on trust
