WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Director of Security Solutions & Delivery. This role will provide strategic and day to day leadership to a team of Security Cloud and Automation Engineers focused on: maintaining operational stability, improving operational efficiency, and risk reduction. The ideal candidate is a strong and experienced people leader, who knows how to build and motivate high performing teams and individuals and help them grow to their potential.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

• Lead a diverse, cross-functional team that collaborates and supports a global capability across the organization with a variety of stakeholders from service desk technicians to system architects, developers, and lawyers. The team operates on both tactical and strategic levels.

• Drive process improvement efforts and derive recommendations to eliminate incidents before they occur.

• Work with the global management team and partner closely with the Cyber Defense Center, Data Protection, Windows Client/Server Platform and Cloud Security/Automation teams to assess, analyze, and optimize operational tasks, functions, and processes with the local team. Our realm of capabilities and toolsets that we leverage include, among others, Endpoint Protection, IDS/IPS, WAF, Proxy, PKI, Network Visibility, Email Security and Advanced Threat Protection.

• Develop and execute on vision, mission, roadmaps and budgets with specific plans to mature the Security Solutions & Delivery program.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will report to the India Capability Center Director for Corporate Information Security with dotted line reporting to the Senior Director of Cyber Security Solutions & Delivery located in North America. You will lead the local Security Solutions & Delivery team.
