We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our team – ideally someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified IT professionals to meet our staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
• Provide guidance and support to both us and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a SaaS Based Startup.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in SaaS industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software and other relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
