Job description:
We are looking for male or female candidates having any degree, with 2-3 years experience in Business Administration, having basic computer knowledge, English Proficiency (working level).
Skills required :
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Daily activities
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages
- Mail communication and record maintenance
- Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
- Communicating with Clients
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation (Both Soft and Hard Copy)
