What You’ll Do
Source and qualify potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
Manage candidate tracking on the company ATS database
Provide summary write-ups on candidate submissions to the Recruiting lead
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Gather feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews
Build an extensive pipeline and network of candidates proactively

What You Know
7+ years of recruiting experience. Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high-volume recruitment
Excellent interpersonal skills and commutation skills – both verbal and written.
Recruited consultants on W2 and 1099 positions with visa status like H1B, GC, Citizen, and EAD.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the US, salary expectations, relocation needs, some technical skills, and core competencies.
Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, and research.
Hands-on experience sourcing using Social media using GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.
Use Job boards like Dice, Monsters, Career Builder, etc.
Managed external vendor relationships, negotiated right-to-hire agreements and rates
Drove the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with hiring managers for all area clients and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on assignments.
Placed high-end technical professionals in contract and full-time positions in Information Technology Industry. Specialized in Data Engineer and Data Scientist roles.
Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies.
Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Developed databases for client and candidate contact information.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is required, IT or relevant degree preferred.
