At Nividous, we are looking for: Account and Admin

Responsibilities:

• Processing monthly payroll in collaboration with HR Department ·
• Handling Employee Tax liability, Declaration and Documentation ·
• Respond and solve employee queries related to TDS ·
• Handling necessary statutory compliances ·
• Efficient vendor management ·
• Liaison with different government agencies ·
• Assisting accounts department as an when needed ·
• Handling ISO compliances related to Administration & Physical Security
• Handling Petty Cash ·
• Event Management ·
• Travel & Bookings management ·
• Pantry management ·
• Office Infrastructure, Housekeeping, supplies, and facilities handling ·
• All other day-to-day general office administration activities Requirements: ·
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ·
• Any Graduate qualification ·
• Excellent MS Excel skills ·
• Hands on experience on any Payroll Software ·
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
