What you will be doing:
Maintaining of all IT Assets like Server, Network, Voice Devices, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, etc inventory track the AMC /warranty details over the site
Fault repair/Troubleshooting for Desktops, Laptops across Pan India Locations.
Helping in Procurement, Asset Transfer
Asset maintenance and disposing of the old asset.
Providing IT support. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Knowledge of Email servers & Backup systems.
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required
Experience with supporting employee/company IT needs remotely
CCTV & its Storage Knowledge and other hardware management would be good to have.
Who you are:
Have 3+ years of experience as an IT administrator.
Good knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus
Experience in working with Vendors
Tech-savvy, have a strong desire to learn and love incorporating new technologies
Identify opportunities for improving IT processes and efficiencies in daily routine
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
