Profile: Packaging, Customs Documentation and Shipping

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Designation: Operations Executive

Requirements:

At least a graduate

Experienced in Operations or Logistics

Comfortable with managing supplier invoices and expenses

3+ Years of Experience

Can travel to our office in BKC daily

Fluent in verbal and spoken English

High attention to detail

• Job Scope: *

Shipments are processed on time and accurately

Collect, Package the goods, and process the shipments

Meticulously follow shipment guidelines and prepare shipments on the platform

Ensure 100% correct customs documentation in both export and import countries

Diligently follow shipment cut-off time for guaranteed delivery timelines

Clear customs and deliver the goods to the courier company as required

100% shipments should go to the correct address

• On Time Delivery*

Continuously track shipment status on courier services websites

Immediately follow up with the courier services if any delay is expected

Try to communicate with the courier authority to get our parcels delivered on time

Build relationships with the courier personnel across regions for seamless customer service

• Inform customer relationship team if unavoidable delivery delay is expected
• Pass on any documents or info required by courier services to get our packages cleared by customs
• Diligently follow up on delayed and lost shipments
• Claim lost parcel insurance as and when necessary

• Follow up Lost Shipments*

Diligently follow delayed and lost shipment process

When package is declared lost, follow up with insurance company to claim insurance

Also follow up with the courier company to get maximum liability refund and waiver of shipment charges

Inform Accounting department regarding expected insurance refund

• Support and Improve Team Performance*

• Assist the buying team in any of their requirements
• Be a team player and help the team in their endeavors and scale new highs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
