Scope of Work
- Teach and improve written communication such as Email etiquettes, Report Writing, Case Studies, Basic Vocabulary
- Improve verbal communication such as Telephone etiquettes, Presentation
- Basic Pronunciation skills and use of correct English grammar
- Design and use work sheets for tasks; these can be filled by the candidates being coached by you
- Provide online session – Individual and group depending on the requirement
Qualification and experiences/skills:
- Agency/ individual with establishment reputation
- Experience: At least five years of similar work experience is required.
- Language knowledge: English, Hindi and Bengali (most of the staff is Hindi speaking, and some Bengali).
Period of consultancy, compensation and review
The consultancy will be for 3 months and it can be extended on future requirement. A fixed compensation will be provided. Each month, the agency/ consultant will be required to provide a report on the number of employees provided coaching, method, hours spent, etc.
Methodology of Teaching
The mode will be online. Use of various applications like whatsApp, Skype,Zoometc. may be used.
