The successful applicant will need to be motivated, punctual and have the ability as well as experience of dealing with the public. The main responsibility will be to carry out lifeguard duties in accordance with pool safe operating procedures. To set up and dismantle equipment and apparatus in a safe and efficient manner. They will also clean the facilities in order to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times. It will also be vital that they adhere to health and safety procedures within the workplace.
