Full time- Mon- Thurs 8.30-5pm and Fri 8.30-4.30pm – although part time or flexible working will be considered

Salary- £18,501- £20,706

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are interested in a career within Human Resources, to join our People Services Team, supporting the delivery of HR and recruitment services to providing services to North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (NYFRS) and the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).

Whether you work within our People Services or Talent Acquisition Team, you will need to be confident, and not afraid to deliver a service against metrics on a ‘right first time ‘basis. Therefore, in addition to a passion for HR/recruitment, you must have;

• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
• A Flexible, problem-solving approach to client enquiries and constant changing demands
• Understanding of equality issues and application of statutory legislation is desirable
