Qualifications : General Admin / Accounts experience / 15 to 20 years of post qualification experience in construction or related industry.Suitable position : Either middle level management or senior level management depending upon the overall post qualification experience as well as relevant line experience.ACCOUNTS & STATUTORY RELATED EXPEIRENCE:Adequate Knowledge, experience and exposure in maintenance of accounts of a Real Estate company/Construction IndustryEnsuring the maintenance of Project wise books of accounts and financial statementsWorking experience in dealing with all statutory compliances relating to GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, RERA, etc.,Dealing with various Government Departments GVMC, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, RERA, etc.,Good at corresponding with various government and statutory departments (both oral and written communication skills )Experience in Vetting of legal documents like AOS, Sale deeds, DGAPA, agreements, MOUsVerification of Budgets, making variance analysis and Preparation of MIS required by the Board.Vetting of Purchase Orders and Work orders with regard to Commercial and payment termsOverseeing the maintenance of statutory records and stores records.Working out budgeted and actual cash flows statements and arriving periodical working capital gap statements.Coordination with HO and other Projects and also CFO / VC relating to accounts and statutory compliancesADMINISTRATION RELATED EXPERIENCEAll administrative functions of Vizag Office and ProjectsSearching of required staff and officers for various functional departments , carrying out interviews, selection, recruitments, induction training.Liasioning with HoDs/Project Managers/Project Partners/ Board of Directors on various issues on day to day basis.All HR related and Administration related issues – Organising the Interview process through approved committees, Performance Evaluation and recommending appraisals – starting from drafting the preparation of appraisal forms, parameters, criteria, rules thereof for recommending the increments to the ManagementDesigning the Incentive Policy for the entire organisation.Compliance of all statutory obligations relating to employees including the labour engaged through contractors at Project Sites.Developing of HR systems and procedures including drafting HR ManualEnsuring the safety compliances at the sites.Ensuring security of Company’s Property,Equipment and staff and officersCoordination with all Government Agencies relating to employee welfare and the relevant statutory bodies, attending to their representatives, inspectors, inspection, assessment, notices, etc.,Ensuring the implementation discipline in the organisation.Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of proper record keeping systemAttendance, leaves, absenteeism, record keeping of same and generation of exceptional reports thereof, in respect f all sites including vizag and HOUpkeep and maintenance of Office PremisesOrganising travel arrangements subject to the approval of competent authorityPreparation of Pay bill – relating to attendance, leaves, LOP, recovery towards late coming/non punching etc.,Coordinating the periodical repairs and maintenance of Office Equipment/Furniture, annual maintenance service contracts there ofLease Rental AgreementsMaintaining the first aid box at all sitesRegular visits and surprise checks to Project Sites, Stores etc.,Organising inter departmental meetings and sorting out the issues on day to day basisJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹100,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Overtime payPerformance bonusShift allowanceApplication Question(s):present salary ?Expected salary ?Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2023
