The Client Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for database administration, account creation, and customer service within the Public Relations LOB. The primary role is to ensure customer service delivery in an accurate and timely manner while upholding security protocols. Serves as a subject matter expert for Notified PR Cloud products, providing day-to-day client advice and support. Promotes the organization’s capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers and sales, resulting in contract extensions or additional business within the account(s).

Essential Duties

• Communicates clearly with clients via phone, email, and chat
• Responds to basic client support inquiries, ensuring they are handled in order of priority
• Participates in analysis and resolution of unresolved support issues, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues
• Performs administrative duties including account and user maintenance
• Deliver outcomes using good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Embraces collaborating with teammates
• Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods
• Knowledge of other Notified service offerings

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• 1-2 years of professional experience. Previous newswire experience a plus.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required. Experience in support of complex products will be considered an advantage.
• Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
