About the position:

NOV is seeking a detail-oriented, results-focused, and talented SharePoint Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.

The SharePoint Systems Analyst’s primary objective is helping develop and cost-effectively implement IT business solutions. Will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting business and solution requirements and the related processes. Will play an essential role in developing solutions utilizing SharePoint, the Power Platform, and other Office 365 tools, and will provide technical support for SharePoint and related custom solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current business requirements or issues, and map to SharePoint solutions or other collaboration applications
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements or technical issues
• Help determine effort and time required for solution delivery
• Contribute to application development in hybrid solutions using SharePoint as the main platform with other Microsoft 365 tools and solutions, such as the Power Platform.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and development of a SharePoint intranet portal spanning multiple business segments and business units and integration with other systems
• Help develop an organization-wide training program for SharePoint and other collaboration applications
• Provides technical support to end-users
• Provide technical support for all SharePoint environments and developed solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, related fields, or commensurate work experience
• 3+ years of customer interfacing experience; presenting to and interacting with customers at all levels within their organization
• Expertise in creating solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
• 3+ years experience managing and administering SharePoint sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to and interacting with customers at all levels within their organization
• Experience with the Office Graph API
• Knowledge of application and system development life cycle principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013
