Novartis Hiring for Expert Drug Supply at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

Job Purpose:
- Accountable for supporting and managing the PHAD external supply end to end activities in SAP and managing 3rd party (CMO) inventory management for batch traceability.
- Define and implement the process to trace Drug substance, excipient, intermediate’s, capsule movement from Novartis to Third party using SAP tool for TRD NCE PHAD external GMP manufacturing
- To ensure compliance in IRelease- system as well in SAP with respect to DS, excipient linkage to DP/PP batch. Clear excipient consumption with the DP batch number
- Coordination with PHAD Global Project Team/EPM/DP supply/SPP and SAP business lead for implement process (SAP/supply activities) improvement to serve business needs.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- PHAD 3rd party inventory management in SAP (CMO Vs NVTS SAP)
- CMO/3rd party Virtual Warehouse management in SAP- P99
- External batches (DP/PP) Goods receipts in SAP (GR)
- Cross checking of components in SAP based on CMO sheet Vs NVTS SAP PO.
- Consumption of Input materials in DP/PP batches based on CMO sheet.
- Correct DS and Excipients batch posting at DP/PP level. Closely working with global PHAD EPM and Project team for timely SAP posting. Coordination with TRD MDM and SAP super user for any correction.
- Subcontracting PR and PO creatin in SAP. Supports internal/external inspections and audits.
- Actively contributes to SOP creation, revision and update.

Minimum requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Degree in science/commerce, engineering, business administration or equivalent. With 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business support role with related areas of business (e.g. pharmaceutical development or manufacturing organization) desirable and > 3 years of experience in technical domain of expertise (i.e. SAP application know-how).
- Advanced degree including IT system expertise like SAP recommended. SAP Key user experience, ideally MM module (Material Management), PP (Production Planning) or WM (Warehousing)
- Proven track record in project management/implementation management, good organization, and planning skills
