Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide timely consultation and accurate solution for complex restructuring, bulk change requirements as assigned by the Management.
• Provide timely quality response to customer queries and support in validating responses provided by others
• Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for the customer
• Full scope of HRM activities inclusive of OM, PA and PY Changes across the geographies to global customers
• Support ‘Access management’ and system audits from a point of view of quality and compliance (SAP, SNOW, Aconso, H2O etc.)

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Maintain process adherence and up to date documentation (SOP, WIP, Training materials, Evidence) to remain compliant on NFCM Controls and country compliance
• Be a Data Privacy advocate and drive compliance culture in coordination with Management and Other verticals like Payroll and Compliance teams
• Be strongly connected with the Knowledge Management team on creating and up keeping the Knowledge articles to divert ONS queries
• Accountable for updating SOPs and Work Instructions on a periodic basis
• Participate in Global SME Network as an SME w.r.t to Tools and Process Design
• Perform other tasks as designated by Line Manager
• Experience in Continuous improvement projects and functional training in the areas of operation

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• 3+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar service providing organizations)
• Hands on experience with any of the HCM Systems like SAP, Workday or Success Factors as a master data administration and Org Management resource
• Strong stakeholder and client interfacing exposure and Exposure to Quality Management System would be an added advantage
• Strong Working exposure to a CRM tool and exposure to Operations Review using dashboard and reporting using CRM Tool
