Novartis Hiring For P&O Systems Partner, Learning & Talent at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

Job Purpose UP4Growth is a unified talent management platform comprising Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Competency Architecture, based on the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) SaaS solution. Along with UP4Growth, additional platforms for Talent Marketplace (Gloat) and LxP (Edcast), that support user experience, skills and capabilities of Novartis associates

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Act as a SME in key areas of Learning, Performance & Talent systems and Supports the learning and talent Business System Owner in influencing the vendors during their product design and validation phases and in deploying new functionalities within Novartis.
• Proactively identify system enhancements and influence business adoption of the platforms and ensure close connectivity and collaboration with Process Leads, Process Experts and Practice networks cross-divisions
• Create operating procedures for learning & talent systems support organization to upskill the learning and talent support agents with the product knowledge and maintain an accurate internal knowledge base
• Recommend the optimal system governance, change, and configuration management to ensure alignment to corporate standards and Analyze sophisticated business cases and propose solutions
• Product certifications / equivalent product implementation or support experience on learning, performance & talent modules preferably of CSOD or any other industry leading platforms
• Provides sophisticated, experienced level support to multi-functional learning & talent, performance SME on how to translate business requirements into system functionalities. This requires ensuring strict system alignment to both industry and company-specific compliance requirements
• Partners closely with the People & Organization (formerly HR), IT operations and the implementation teams for deployment, enhancement, and release of respective technology platforms and Plan actions required to support release management of functional improvements and assesses their execution
• Challenge business processes based on experienced product knowledge and propose the most optimal technical solutions, in partnership with IT and Stay up to date with both the evolving business needs and the vendor’s rolling roadmap and Research opportunities for optimizations independently based on end-user feedback

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Partner with Global systems Lead to ensure effective governance of learning and talent systems operational organization and Ensure that applicable learning and talent systems are optimally configured to support business requirements and to maintain its validated status
• Business Operations Advocate Novartis business requirements during product design, review, and validation phase with the vendors (CSOD/EdCast/Gloat) and Provide technical support and direction to tier 3 support teams including, researching, and resolving system issues and unexpected results or process flaws and identification of issue and problem root cause analysis
• Ensure periodic review activities such as privileged accounts, validation reviews, release etc. of relevant systems are run on time and Maintain compliance to Novartis as well as Industry guidelines related to GxP as well as non-GxP applications
• Review, approve and sign-off business processes, User Requirements, design, and structure / data definitions for systems in scope, during the absence of Global P&O Systems lead and Review and approve all lifecycle work defined by applicable methodology
• Build efficient and effective release and change management processes for applications in scope and partner with business testing teams to design, draft, and plan user acceptance testing Draft communications to various partner groups, e.g., HR, IT Operations, program/project teams
• Analyze sophisticated business cases and propose solutions and Maintain an expert-level of knowledge of corresponding learning & talent applications including the various features and configuration options to be able to provide the required guidance to org product road map management
• Multicultural and virtual collaboration experience with GxP, Computer System Validation, Data Privacy and Compliance. Product certification / experience of Gloat, EdCast or Talent marketplace and LxP systems

Desirable requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate Degree or equivalent from reputed institute and Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• 6+years of hands-on experiences with relevant system (i.e., CSOD / Gloat / EdCast) in implementation, configuration, release management, and / or 3rd level support
