Associate Director, Security Operations(IAM) will oversee security operations service line, technology governance and external/internal interfaces in accordance with service operations and management processes. This role will involve improving the operational stability, deployment and lifecycle of the solutions falling under security operations service line portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Improves the operational stability, deployment and lifecycle of the solutions falling under security operations service line portfolio. • Advocates and enforces applicable Novartis standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of applications. • Defines remediation activities for security assessment gaps as they pertain to IT Security Management • Provides 3rd level technical support for all PKI related services (but not limited to): Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), Entrust PKI, HSM, KMS, and other PKI and or encryption related applications • Ensure day to day operations (i.e. performance monitoring, capacity management, event & security monitoring) of IAM infrastructure and that the necessary actions are taken • Reviews and ensures compliance of technical operating instruction manuals, system documentation, work instructions, processes, standards and procedures. • Performs technical analysis of work load, equipment loading, performance bottlenecks, and software changes and makes recommendations for improvements • Execute change management activities as required and ensure adherence with ISRM Security and Compliance policies and procedures nnnn Position Title: Associate Director Security Operations IAM Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • University degree or relevant equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience supporting PKI solutions • Advanced technical experience (demonstrated) in at least 1 or more of the following PKI technologies: Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and related technologies, Entrust PKI (optional) • Basic understanding in related application development (Java, .NET and others) • Experience in healthcare industry (GxP, FDA, CSV)with overall IT Security and Architecture background • Experience supporting a globally spanned (international) environment • Excellent understanding and knowledge of general IT infrastructure technology, systems and management processes • Experience with compliance and security requirements and their relationship to PKI Why consider Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
