381908BR Job ID: 381908BR Job Description: Associate Manager – Artwork Operations Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid About the Role: Manage the Artwork Supply Chain right from the time a Change Request is received till the time the print ready artwork is supplied to the site & the change is closed while adhering to all service critical metrics and remaining compliant at all times to Novartis quality standards & regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Support any major projects (divestments, transfers, mergers, etc.) in the Novartis Artworks space. • Ensure “On Time in Full” delivery of high-quality artworks fully aligned with Novartis standards and in-country regulatory, marketing, manufacturing & legal compliance to internal Artwork customers & partners. • Proactively report all deviations through timely issues. Implement continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality & efficiency. • Ensure that the service dashboard, order management framework & time sheet are always kept updated. Position Title: Associate Manager – Artwork Operations Minimum requirements: Essential Requirements: • Graduate / Postgraduate / Engineering / MBA or equivalent from reputed institute • Fundamental project management skills with strong quality & compliance mindset. • Excellent analytical & communication skills (both written & verbal). • Regularly communicate with customers & partners to collect feedback on support services, report deliverable status and continuously acquire process knowledge.
