Job Purpose: The Global Specialist, Solutions Delivery RA, PV, P&P reports to the Global Head, Regulatory, Patient Safety and Pipeline & Portfolio Solutions. The role is handling service delivery for a business area/sub capability of the company across all geographies. Accountable to Global Business Units for end-to-end project delivery and/or operations in the given sub-domain/sub-capability. Partner with Business Stakeholders (GPO) and Technology teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to :- 1)Run efficient DevOps during whole lifecycle of platforms, products, or systems from initiation till retirement, ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions. 2)Define and implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s). 3)Partner with business collaborators and technology teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates. 4)Partner with vendors to keep abreast with upgrades, changes and latest technology. 5)Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions. 6)Ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and Key performance indicators for various partners for responsible Domain / functions. 7)Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services also take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures. nnnn Position Title: Global Specialist Solutions Delivery, RA, PV, P&P, Technology Minimum requirements: Key performance indicators:- 1)Adherence to Technology operating model and strategy Delivery on agreed Key performance indicators including business impact. 2)Business impact and value generated from solutions Operations stability and effective risk management Feedback on customer experience. 3)Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices. 4)Adherence to applicable policies and controls for running applications/products. 5)Adherence to defined project / product budgets Adherence to applicable Security and Compliance policies and controls; defined project management methodologies, tools, and practices; and to delivery processes for Digital & IT projects. 6)Adherence to applicable policies and controls for running applications/products. 7)Adherence to budget and demonstration of efficiency initiatives with positive budget impact both within the business and Technology. Minimum qualification and requirement:- 1)University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology field or equivalent. 2)English excellent fluency in oral and written. 3)3 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma; expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area. 4)Good Functional experience in pharmaceutical development domains combined with build & run of Digital & IT solutions. 5)Experience in leading products and handling diverse group of partners. 6)Experience and understanding of Agile product development. 7)Knowledge of IT & business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP) and High display of Sandoz Values & Behaviors. 8)Good communication & presentation skills and Networking with key business and IT partners and ability to present to partner groups. 9)Good teamwork and interpersonal skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence. 10)Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements also Strong can-do attitude and results-focused, with capability to think strategically. #orbit Why Sandoz? 500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we’re proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.
