Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Provide administrative support to the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and follow up inquiries on problems and requests from customers/users. • Attend to standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible, or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or guides. Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management) • Assist in supervising service requests and troubleshoots support the analysis of error messages and questions. Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors. • Prepare reports on the evaluation of services and processes. Provide assistance to P&O Services projects at country or BU level and Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to • Novartis’ products within 24 hours of receipt and Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Provide rapid, high quality • Validated response/support to all end to end H2R related queries and service requests in the HCM tool Take ownership for end-end query/service management through the CRM to drive customer satisfaction nnnn Position Title: H2R Services Specialist Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • Maintain process adherence and up to date documentation (SOP, WIP, Training materials, Evidence) to remain compliant on NFCM Controls and country compliance and Lead compliance in accordance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other • Maintain P&O data changes across H2R life cycle or actions effective for an associates and based on requests from business across target geographies • relevant legislation and Perform other tasks as designated by Line Manager with minimal supervision and Exposure to SLA based working and email based/CRM based query handling • Exposure to Quality Management System would be an added advantage and strong Working exposure to a CRM tool and exposure to Operations Review using dashboard and reporting using CRM Tool Desirable requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with Excellent verbal and written English language skills • 2+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar service providing organizations) and hands on experience with any of the HCM Systems like SAP, Workday or Success Factors as a master data administration and Org Management resource with strong partner and client interfacing exposure Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
