The role will help in supporting ECN on the Novartis portfolio analysis & supporting key stakeholders of business and helping them to take key decisions with data. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to • To lead all aspect of program Risk & Issue, Actions & Decisions (RAID) management and reporting. Ensure the program can identify, classify, and prioritize the risks and issues. • Develop and report on program metrics to give visibility into the project performance – both at the program and sub-project level, to include baseline scope, budget, time, and resources, with clear and timely alerts to allow timely action on any deviations. • Collaborate with the Conext team to ensure PMOaaS is embed into LDC, and that there is a clear process to update and comply with agreed PMO methodology and tools, Educate & support the program team members to ensure compliance to necessary program procedures relating to RAID and program governance. • Ensure the program has an effective repository for program information and record keeping (ie meeting minutes, GATEs, Decisions, materials, etc) and all aspect of program governance are documented, with an audit readiness mindset, Oversee the program meeting cadence and structure, ensuring that all meetings are effective, timely, with clear documentation of decisions and actions, that are centrally stored • Collaborate with the Planning and Reporting lead to ensure that program reports are issued on time and contain relevant information to information stakeholder and to allow correct decision making to take place • Collaborate with the IO team to ensure that Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Assessment are in place and are maintained on an ongoing basis,Lead liaison with Internal Audit team, meeting on a regular basis to share updates and learning, whilst identifying learnings for the program, and to lead program compliance checks • Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the program are maintained, and lead activities to ensure audit readiness • Support cultural change, explore new ways of working, collaborate, and support the overall success of the program and execute the required changes to meet business objectivesnnnn Position Title: Lead Consultant Minimum requirements: WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: • Strategy Development Project Management Financial Management Collaborating across boundaries Geographic Scope Major Change Industry/ Business Exposure English Developing and Delivering Story Flows and Presentations for Management Strategic thinking and planning Knowledge of current and future global business trends Managing resources Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the HCS Analyzing stakeholder requirements. • Education- University degree • Certification in program management (eg Prince) • 10+ years in significant program management roles • Working across a global organization • Consultancy background with understanding the pharmaceutical compliance requirements Why Novartis? 769 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2020, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
