382742BR Job ID: 382742BR Job Description: Location : #L1 Hybrid Global Support for Conferencing Platforms and Spaces. Global Support for Live events and Webcasts. Performs the support, operational, monitoring and project activities of the Conferencing Platforms and Live Events. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business systems, platforms, and processes for conferencing, collaboration and live events • Operate collaboration and conferencing services • Oversee the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability. • Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices. • Accountable for managing suppliers in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels. • Supports roadmap and project governance and timeline • Actively contribute to on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/ respective engagements. nnnn Position Title: Sr. Spec. DDIT IES, Conferencing Ops Minimum requirements: • As this is a support and operational position the ability to work different shifts and provide weekend on-call support maybe required. • 5 years of IT experience in operations and project management (Service Management knowledge is a plus) • 2 years’ experience in conferencing and collaboration platforms including technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Video Conferencing Zoom etc. Such knowledge is on a level of understanding the market standards and technology roadmaps. • A high level of knowledge of project management methodologies • Familiarity with ITIL Process and Framework is a plus Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
