Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Content Developer Intern to join our team. As a Content Developer

Intern, you will be responsible for creating and updating instructional content to meet training requirements, researching for new car/bike/scooter/truck model launches, and providing subject knowledge expertise in automotive training and curriculum development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and update instruction content to meet training requirements.
• Create new content, rewrite the existing content or edit and proofread content.
• Create eye-catching content on PowerPoint.
• Develop storyboards and writing scripts for eLearning Content and learning video development.
• Assist in guiding eLearning programmers and graphic designers to help visualize and create visual and aesthetically appealing courses and designs.
• Establish and build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Advise clients, project managers, and trainees in choosing the right content development model and assessment strategy.
• Receive mentoring and guidance to kick-start your professional journey.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a passion for automobiles and an interest in content development for L&D solutions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• MS PowerPoint proficiency is a must.
• Strong desire to learn and improve your skills.
• A portfolio of writing samples is preferred but not required.
