About the department
The Global IT Organisation in Novo Nordisk consolidates all Information Technology (IT) functions anchored locally across the Novo Nordisk Executive Vice President (EVP) areas and the IT functions driven centrally, e.g. IT infrastructure & support, information security and system management. The GITO Digital Workplace APAC department is a self-propelled unit based out of Bangalore, India working in an agile setup with global product teams for various digitalisation, collaboration and automation IT platforms. The growing team constitutes of experienced Digital Collaborations and platform Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical and Business Analysts who work together with our Danish and US team to cater to Digital workplace requirements for Novo Nordisk employees. As an area we are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, Novo Nordisk Meeting technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations. The position is based in Bengaluru, India. The Position As our new service manager, you will be an integral member of the in our Digital Workplace department and Digitalization, Automation, Collaboration Experience (DACE) Product team. Your main responsibility will be Service management, governance and operational support of the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform with focus on MS guides and remote assist to begin with. You will also be responsible for GXP Qualification and audit readiness of the mentioned Platform services. You will provide Platform as a Service (PaaS) support to Device Management team and Line of Business (Product Supply) who utilize guides and remote assist. As part of the agile team you will be responsible for ensuring that our offerings give value to the users, incidents/problems are solved and operational challenges are fed into the product backlog to be implemented as per the prioritisation by Product Owner. You will communicate directly with end users and support them in the right choices in relation to our products. In collaboration with line of business stakeholders and architects ensure strong business processes is implemented around collaboration and productivity for the above applications. You will also be responsible to perform reporting and analytics on product performance and drive problem management if needed. You should have a very good understanding of the latest trend in the market for Dynamics365 and similar technology trends. You will be a single point of contact, liaison and escalation for all product operations related matters.
Qualifications Computer Science Master or bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) OR Equivalent job experience. Skills: Technical/Process: Required:
