• Superb negotiating skills (Vendor management)
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
• Exp: 3-7 years
• Salary: 20,000-25,000
• Job Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Source materials, goods and services and negotiate the most cost effective contracts and deals.
• To check the quality of material provided at sites.
• Coordination and follow up with Architects/consultants for required quantity and quality.
• Prepare contractors agreement, work contract and service order.
• Maintain track sheet of work order and service order in excel stage wise of payment status.
• To take final approval from the management before placing the order.
• Update and maintain records of all orders, payment and received stock.
• Co-ordinate with Accounts department regarding bills.
• Check daily basis requirements on the indent sheet.
