Business Operations
o Update and maintain CRM data base
o Update and maintain internal jobs data base
o Act as point of contact for accounts receivable and ensure invoices are issued and
payment received on time
o Ensure purchase orders are raised in a timely matter prior to works occurring and
supplier invoices are processed in time
o Manage all internal insurance and ensure renewals are up to date
o Research and develop draft standard operating procedures and policies in
consultation with the COO
o Coordination with accountant on bookkeeping related matters
o Perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
o Document preparation and collation for meetings, including minutes and agendas
o Manage contractor mandatory documentation on projects
o Prepare draft customer presentations, proposals and quotations
o Update and maintain lease expiry and other critical dates database
o Support Tenant Advisory canvassing campaign
o Reconciliation of personal and company expenses and reimbursements;
o Email, diary and calendar management when requested
o Travel and itinerary coordination when requested
o Personal Assistant support when requested

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
