Account Assistant
This position is responsible for ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting according to accounting standards and in line with the Hotel’s policy & procedures. Credit card reconciliation, Bank posting, timely dispatch of bills and ensuring timely payment with proper follow up.

  What you will be doing:

• Fresher / Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent in Time Management, result oriented with an eye for details.
• Good Communication skills.
• Following accounting principles and financial regulation standards.

  Your experience and skills include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Accounts Receivable section.
• Assist the Credit manager in efficient and timely collection of receivables.
• Responsible for account statements or other related reports as per the standards.
• Ensure to process the third party claims and the maintenance, review, updating and collection of guest accounts in accordance with the credit policy.
