Job Description

Senior Manager Operations – min 10+ years experience managing healthcare payer BPO operations delivery.

Extensive experience in managing one or more of these processes – Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Provider Data Management operations.

Experience with one or more of these health plans – Individual, Small/ Large Group, Federal Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid

Ability to manage operational metrics, quality,SLA performance

Responsible for people performance management including hiring decisions

Exposure/ Ability to manage financial performance.

Responsible for driving process improvements and efficiency by implementing lean, six sigma, automation.
