Full Job Description
To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
To manage the HR tickets in Ask HR tool
To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis
Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/technology
Responsible for generating employee code and performing Onboarding actions.
Entering data in various Infotype for HCM function in NTT DATA
Responsible for transfer (Domestic/Overseas) actions as per laid guidelines.
Responsible for Exit/Separation actions as per laid guidelines.
Responsible for managing physical employee files.
Maintaining the data in HR systems during all employee life cycle stages.
Reviews and audits data entries within HRIS system for accuracy.
Oversees the tracking and resolution of employee inquiries / issues.
Tracks the status of manager and employee inquiries.
May perform as a specialist within a particular discipline of HR in responding to requests or specializes in a local country / region.
Resolves more difficult and less frequent questions from employees. Open for shifts
Analytical and Analysing skills
Experience in preparing PPTs and Metrics
Wellversed in calculations related to Operations
